Is this a physical product?
No. The pack is delivered as a digital download after payment is confirmed.
Can the PDFs be edited?
The three property briefs are fillable PDF forms: 17 fields per page, with a blank template and a fictional example. Save one copy per property and check it in a compatible reader. The three 16-page manuals remain printable or annotatable, without interactive fields.
What software do I need?
Microsoft Excel or an XLSX-compatible application for the workbook.
Can I use it for several properties?
Yes, for the properties and internal team of the same buyer. Redistribution and resale are prohibited.
